Meal Preparation Cancellation and Refund Policy

While we do our best to be flexible and accommodating, we work a full schedule and can only cook for a limited number of clients each day. Please provide as much advanced notice as possible to "skip" or reschedule a cook day. This will allow us to schedule another client and to plan our calendar accordingly.

In order to avoid cancellation fees, you must notify us by telephone at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled cook day. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request made 2-4 days before your cook day, you will be charged a $100 fee. If the request is made the day before your cook day, you will be charged 50% of your total services. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made on the day of your cook day, you will be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling your cook day is based upon our availability.

Re-Deliver Policy

If The Wandering Gourmet is not able to access your refrigerator/freezer upon delivery, there will be a $50 charge to re-deliver your meals. Re-delivery is based upon our availability.
